Shipping

UAE Delivery

Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 2 business days.

Same-day delivery may be available upon request, depending on your location and availability. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to request same-day delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

International Delivery

International shipping is available to selected destinations. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns

We hope you love your Chochic Abayas. If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed and unaltered
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, perfume, make-up, stains or damage occurring after delivery may not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return

Before returning an item, please contact us at contact@chochicabayas.com and provide the following information:

• First name and last name
• Order number
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Reason for the return

Please do not send your item back before receiving confirmation and return instructions from us.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, size, colour or personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs where appropriate. We will review your request and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection legislation.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another available size or colour, please contact us at contact@chochicabayas.com.

Exchanges are subject to availability and the same eligibility conditions as returns.
