Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your CHOCHIC pieces. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition, with all tags and accessories attached.
• Items must be free from any signs of wear, makeup, body odour, perfume, deodorant or laundry detergent.
• Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.
• The return address will be provided by email once your return request has been approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs related to an exchange are also the responsibility of the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund for the eligible returned item(s) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@chochicabayas.com, providing your order number and photographs of the item.

Your rights in relation to defective or non-conforming products remain subject to applicable UAE consumer protection laws and are not limited by this return policy.

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
